Adults with Tourette Syndrome (TS) are an under-served population. Whether diagnosed in childhood or later in life, many have found little sustained or specialized support beyond diagnosis. As a result, adult life with TS often unfolds without clear guidance for navigating work, relationships, identity, health transitions, and emotional regulation. This panel brings together adults with diverse lived experiences—spanning entrepreneurship, technology, creative work, marriage, parenting, and advocacy—who formed a consistent peer support group that became a meaningful source of connection and resilience. Moderated by a TEDx speaker with TS and comprised of adults who met in 2023 through TAA’s adult virtual support group, panelists share what “proof of life after diagnosis” truly looks like: not the absence of tics, but the presence of community, self-trust, and hope.
